Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Tracking Data

You may voluntarily log moods, symptoms, wins, and notes. This data is stored securely and is accessible only to you. You can export or delete it at any time.

AI Interactions

When you use the Scenario Checker, Brain Dump, DopBoost, or RSD Circuit Breaker, your input is sent to our AI provider for processing. We do not use your input to train AI models. Scenario checks can be saved to your history if you choose.

Community Posts

Content you share in the community is visible to other users. You can post anonymously. We moderate content to maintain a safe environment.

Voice Input

Voice input uses your device's built-in Web Speech API. Audio is processed locally by your browser and is not sent to our servers. Only the transcribed text is transmitted when you submit a form.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's features
• To generate personalised AI insights from your tracking data
• To display anonymised community trends (never individually identifiable)
• To enable clinical export for sharing with healthcare professionals
• To improve the app experience through aggregated, anonymised analytics

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure session tokens. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI Processing: Your scenario descriptions and brain dump text are processed by our AI provider to generate insights. This data is not retained by the AI provider beyond the request.
• Authentication: We use secure credential-based authentication. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data via the dashboard and clinical export
• Export your tracking data as CSV at any time
• Delete your scenario check history, brain dumps, and community posts
• Request deletion of your entire account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the app

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated insights are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. The clinical export feature is designed to facilitate conversations with your clinician, not to replace professional assessment.
